Called to have a leak looked at and repaired in a hygiene op. Rep. (Ryan) came out and said it looked like the cavitron filter and other filters were clogged, so he proceeded to change out all filters in all the other operatories as well. After replacing the filters I was informed that one of my valves was broken and that I needed a plumber to repair the original problem. Plumber came out, replaced the valve and informed me it was not the source of the leak. Leak appeared to be coming from equipment lines. Called Dentalfix again to come out and review the previous work they did and then received an identical bill as from the previous service call. Same amount without repairs!!
