Rude staff. Got there a few minutes before closing time, I had to wait a while before they even noticed me standing there, and when I was going to pay I wanted to use a coupon from my insurance and they told me I had to come back tomorrow because they were closing soon and she didn’t want to enter that information. I decided to pay full price because I needed my medication, but I’ll definitely NEVER choose this pharmacy for a prescription again. I do not recommend them. Just pay a few more cents somewhere else and have a smooth experience. Lesson learned.

Every three months I refill my high blood pressure prescription, every times they said we have to order it and it will be ready tomorrow after 4 PM, so the next day was not ready and said we are going to order it again, any way every time it took one week to refill with a lot of headache, even last time I talked to store manager to resolve this problem. I like Costco company and I am member around 20 years but I had very bad experience with this pharmacy. Today I have the same problem as before to refill a prescription, it is a nightmare. If I could I give less than zero star.

If you ever get a prescribed medication from here, just make sure, double-check, confirm that you are getting what you are supposed to get it. They never check it for you. And they don't admit their mistakes either- it falls all on you.
