Dr. Artis and staff are AMAZING! Today was my first day as a new patient, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Upon arrival, there was a nice little sign at the front desk welcoming me with my name on it. Not only that, Dr. Artis came to the front desk to welcome me. That type of first impression goes a long way. She was patient with listening to my symptoms, and very kind. When we finished up, she walked me to the door and held the door as I exited. 100% recommend

Our family care physician Dr. Artis is amazing! My husband, I, and our newborn have been patients since January. Dr. Artis is patient to listen to your symptoms, kind and courteous, and she even checks in with you via email after your visit to see how you are feeling. It's easy as pie to make schedule an appointment on her website. The office staff is also amazing and friendly. You are always greeted with a smile and I've never waited more that 10 mins past my appointment time to be seen which is important to me. I trust Dr. Artis with my family's wellbeing and I'm sure she will be with us for many years and watch our newborn grow because we're so happy with the service that we don't plan on leaving...like ever!! She meets patients where they are and provides a level of high-caliber service all doctors should look to replicate. I really love the personalized care Dr.Lambert provides. She listens to my questions and concerns. She tooks care of all my yearly wellness need in one stop shop. She even recommended a great physical therapy place that was amazing for my sciatica. I really appreciate the staff and they are fast amd efficient in attending clients needs. I definitely recommend Dr.Lambert for those looking for a PCP.

I called and went online and attempted to make an appointment with Dr. Artis. I have something I am quite concerned about and I need some bloodwork. Her calendar is wide open. However, because I am a new patient, I was given an option almost a month from now for an appointment. Even after I explained that I needed to see the doctor sooner and I could see she has openings, I was told no. I even went to make an appointment online and was declined. Keep in mind, that she had numerous back to back appointments available. When I spoke with her office manager, she said it was Dr. Artis' rule to not have more than 2 new patients in the morning and two in the afternoon.
