Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I traveled from Chicago, Illinois for veneer treatment, and within just three weeks, my veneers began discoloring. I was told a polish would be free, so I returned with my mother, who also got veneers—bringing in another client. After my appointment, I was shocked to be told I now owed $300 for a deep cleaning I never requested or authorized. They performed this service without my consent and then tried to charge me for their mistake. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unaccommodating. This place lacks transparency, integrity, and basic customer service. I do not recommend anyone come here—it was a terrible experience, and their business practices feel deceptive and dishonest.

I wish I would’ve read reviews before I went there If you don’t speak Spanish do not go there. My appointment was at 10:30. Nobody was there until 11 waited all day because I don’t speak Spanish for them to tell me they have to reset me an appointment and that was at 2:20 pm. Waiting area is extremely small 4 chairs not comfortable at all very cold. I do not recommend this place.

I had an appointment at 2 PM, got there at 1:30 PM. They asked me to fill the records at 2:10 PM I was left until 3 PM without any updates, when I came to ask, they told me that appointments are just an estimated time. I understand things can get busy, but it’s your duty to give me at least the information that I won’t be getting my appointment at the time, and that there’s a delay. The sir in the front office was educated and helpful after I asked my records to be returned. But the lady was condescending and unapologetic at all moments. I understand this is your job and you’re busy, but other people also have obligations and time frames to fulfill. I’ll pass this through to my insurance company. I don’t recommend this place, especially if it’s your first time.

they did FRAUD on my mom : ( le hicieron fraude a mi mamá que triste son las vidas de ellos y que pena las vidas de esta gente my mom went into this dentistry to get her teeth fixed , she has prior work in Colombia years ago and the work was going to be very expensive and out of budget so they offered for her to apply for a loan , she applied and was waiting to get approved and was going to think if to come back to this place to do the necessary work on her teeth , next thing we know the bank is calling my mom dozens of times to make payments ! she had no clue that there was an open account of almost $ 4,000 in her name and didst know of this an open loan and she didnt have a chance to use her loan on her teeth my mom is registered as a disabled individual in the state of Florida and she
