Dental Care Somerset

I've really enjoyed my experience with Dental Care Somerset. Everyone I have interacted have been fantastic. Christina and the front desk team have always been so helpful and welcoming. My dental hygienist Grishma not only does a great cleaning but due to her attention to detail, she identified some problem areas that I needed to get addressed. Ended having consultation with Dr. Pal, who was just super informative and came up with a clear concise plan to address the problem areas. Couldn't have asked for a better experience- oral surgery isn't easy but Dr Pal made it seamless. Another great experience at Dental Care Somerset! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, Melissa the dental hygienist is the best! She is very gentle when cleaning your teeth and is great at answering and explaining what she is doing. She is very friendly and makes a person like me (who gets nervous to go to the dentist) very calm during the process. Dr. Brown was excellent and super nice too. I definitely recommend Dental Care Somerset!

I’m writing this as the husband of a patient who had a very disturbing experience at Somerset Dental Care. My wife went in for a crown. The crown was never properly completed or permanently placed. It was temporarily cemented, incorrectly fitted, repeatedly adjusted, and eventually fractured during adjustment. She refused to accept a broken crown and left the office without any crown. Her out-of-pocket payment was refunded at the time. Despite this, the office billed her insurance for a completed crown, which has caused weeks of stress, endless phone calls, and unnecessary emotional and physical pain while she remains untreated. I had a very upsetting experience with Somerset Dental Care. They charged my insurance for a crown that was never done at their office, without my consent or any right to do so. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was passed from one person to another with no real help or accountability. No one seemed to care about the stress, time, or pain this situation has caused me. Instead of helping a patient who is actively in pain, their focus appears to be on billing insurance and collecting money, not patient care. Because of their actions, my time has been wasted and I am still left in pain with no solution. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for honest billing practices or compassionate care.
