One of the most professional and caring dentists I’ve ever heard of let alone visited. Their bedside manner it seriously the best in the industry. Quality work from genuine people. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were truly remarkable. Thanks for making someone who is terrified of dental work more relaxed and comfortable.

I went into our dental office to schedule a cleaning. I tried calling for days, no one would answer the phone. Samantha the young lady sitting in the dark at a desk, explained the office, is now under another business name. She also told me the office only sees patients on Fridays. I told Samantha that I wished to remove my credit card # on file. I was told, "Another company handles that now." I was given a phone number to call. I left a message, no call back. The sassy voice, unprofessional-entitled attitude I was shown and spoken to in, was unnecessary and unspeakable! My family will longer visiting this office after 3+ years of our family being patients here. I stated I woud like to remove my credit card from onfile. Samantha said she doesn't have anything to do with charging my card. S

The dentist is great, but they outsourced billing to a third party who keeps screwing up billing. It takes multiple calls to get billing fixed while they request payment at full price (not the insurance adjusted prices). Go somewhere else to save yourself hours of holding their billing department’s hand.

Excellent cleaning. Little surprised by the cost of a new mouthguard as compared to other dentists, where it's much cheaper. Also, once again, my appointment time was changed without anyone from the dentist's office consulting with me first. This has happened multiple times in the past, and with my wife, too. This has been brought to their attention repeatedly, but it still continues to happen.

It was a very pleasant dental experience with Dr. Ruia. She is very gentle, explained everything in detail regarding my dental needs. I will recommend everyone to go to her for their dental work.
