All I can say is wow. This place is top notch. Wanted to establish with a new dentist after trying two other rip off artists in the past since moving here 5 years ago. I got two recommendations about this place so I made an appointment. They took me within 2 minutes of arriving. Summer the Assistant was great taking all my xrays and Kaylie did some testing and she was great as well. Then, Dr. Arriaga came in to meet me and go over everything and she was outstanding. Great bedside manner and did not seem rushed at all. I then went for a cleaning with Marissa and all I can say is wow! I can't believe how good of a job she did! I needed Emergency Tooth pulled yesterday on 10/28. I called 6-8 different Dentist and Oral Surgeons which ALL told me “NO We don’t take your insurance” “NO we are not seeing new patients” Well Dental Care of Viera East Not Only saw me 2hours after my call to them, They were the Easiest and Best Dentist Office I have ever been too!! They worked with Me on Exam/Xray, They pulled not only the tooth I needed gone, But Another Tooth that had been bothering me for years and was broken to the point I needed a Oral Surgeon. BEWARE! Educate yourself on the phenomena of Dental Overtreatment before going to this dental practice! They practice regular dental overtreatment through unnecessary treatment plans created by the hygienist and then pressure you to follow through with the treatment plan even if not necessary. They will perform proceedures such as extra x-rays and fluoride type treatments not covered by insurance. My wife had a treatment plan that she needed a crown. The office told us that it would cost $93.70 out of pocket and the insurance would cover the rest of the cost. It turns out my Bluecross insurance deemed the proceedure as an unnecessary medical proceedure upon review of claim submitted by the dental office! I am someone who has been very lucky with amazing offices when it comes to dental work so my standard has become ultra-high. That said, this office was phenomenal nothing flashy just great work. Every single person that spoke to me was kind and informative. There was ZERO pressure to do things insurance didn’t cover and all of my options were very clearly laid out for me. I love asking questions and seeing the images from my appointments, and Caylee enthusiastically obliged. If you want a kind, affordable, nonjudgmental dental office, this is absolutely your place!

The dentist assistant was very welcoming and concerned about my well-being throughout the procedure. She answered at all my questions, fully, and the Dentist as well was top notch. I feel confident in her ability to do a good job with my crowns.
