From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. I was able to book my appointment and complete all the necessary forms online prior to my visit. The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain my options and clearly outlined what was needed, which I truly appreciated. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with care and patience. The office itself is clean, modern, and very inviting. It’s clear that they prioritize both professionalism and patient comfort. Overall, an excellent experience with an outstanding team. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care!

On January 19, 2026, I went to the Dentist for a routine teeth cleaning. I can't say enough about how much I absolutely love going to Dental Care of Huntsville. From the time I step in the doors, I'm greeted with warm smiles. The entire staff is awesome. Once upon a time I use to dread going to the dentist, now I enjoy going and I love seeing the friendly faces at Dental Care. I cant name everybody but I will name my favorite Dentist, Dr. Kristian Coke, she's amazing and caring. Kim, the hygiene is awesome. I highly recommend Dental Care of Huntsville for dental treatments. I know that God sent this place to my Facebook news feed because I was upset with my dentist a couple years ago. It was hard for me to find a good dentist after moving back to Huntsville . Again, I highly recommend Den

I was informed that my insurance would not cover a specific procedure and that I would need to pay out of pocket. However, I later discovered that the office had still billed my insurance—and that my insurance had in fact paid for the service. I was told that once the payment reflected on their end, I would receive a refund. It has now been nine months, and I have yet to receive any follow‑up or reimbursement. This experience has been extremely disappointing. If you value transparency and proper handling of your payments, I would recommend considering another dental provider.

Horrible experience! I usually dont give reviews but this is well deserved. I have a primary dentist but i had an emergency with a tooth, Dental of care huntsville recommended a root canal, the permanent crown broke within months because the wrong type was used, so they replaced it and the new one fell off also. At the last visit they said i didnt have a balance. Then 2 months later they billed me for the visit. Do what you want with this information, but good luck!

Due to potential HIPAA restrictions, the practice stated in other reviews, they could not confirm whether I had been a patient. However, I certainly can, and I received treatment there in November 2024 for a root canal. Posting this nearly a year following my complications and about 6 months after talking with their office staff (should have posted sooner) Unfortunately, the experience was extremely difficult and prolonged. The procedure took several hours and required an excessive number of injections, including injections directly into the tooth/root. While the procedure was eventually completed, it was followed a few weeks later by the placement of a crown that appeared poorly fitted. When I raised concerns about the fit at the time, they were dismissed. Approximately 4 or 5 months fo
