Nate is proffessional, positive, and patient. Shay and the Dr did a great job during my visit. Facility is very sanitary and welcoming. Keep up the good work.

Don't waste your time with this dental company. Absolute crooks. I went to them to see how much they'll charge me on a procedure. I told him what I couldn't afford, and they said that they could help me out. So they take me back, look at my teeth. And then come back with more than double what I told him I couldn't afford. I explained to them that celebrate dental and braces. Will do the procedure for 800 bucks. They wanted to charge me 1600 bucks. So basically they just wanted to get me in a chair so that they can charge me knowing that they were gonna charge me more money than what I originally told him I couldn't afford. . Absolute crooks. So now I'm getting charged 77 bucks for them to talk to me for 20 minutes. Worst dental place I've ever been to. Please stay away from these crooks. G

The dental hygienist was an angel! I think her name was Diane. Normally, dont like the dentist anymore because of all the hard scrapping involved, but she was gentle. Her patient chair was the first chair as you walk back. I liked the fact that she just cleaned my teeth and not have a conversation while she was in my mouth.

Both of my experiences at Grandview Dental have been very positive. I'm always a little scared of the dentist but they did a great job of making it comfortable and very professional.

Receptionist (Nina) is unprofessional, rude, communication skills need improvement. Today’s call is my last straw because while I was saying good bye the call was disconnected. She called me. I was awaken and listened to everything she had to say about rescheduling my appointment and the reason why just to hear a click when I began to talk. At this point, I will ask that my appointments, any and all communications be with anyone else on their team because they are professional and friendly! If, I could be seen on her off days that would be great! So I’m refusing to have any type of interaction with her because her words of expression has been unprofessional, confrontational, dismissive and rude.
