Albers Medical Pharmacy

I love this Pharmacy, not only is it close, but the staff is the best hands down! I especially love the Pharmacist Doug, not only does he remember the names of the patients, but as I said before the whole staff are very nice and its quick to get in and out without long waiting like the big chains. I recommend anyone to switch to this pharmacy if you want the friendliness of old pharmacies instead of being a number in line.

I drive almost half an hour out of the way to fill my prescriptions at this Albers Pharmacy. The team is courteous, friendly, timely and communicative, and they never make me feel like a burden the way most pharmacies these days do. I recommend Albers to anyone looking for a nice, reliable team of pharmacists and pharm staff to work with:)

Not my regular pharmacy only because I live too far away, but this pharmacy has always been so helpful and the customer service is exceptional!

I just need to let everyone know how amazing Doug Call is. He is at Albers in Grandview. I was heading to get my prescription it was Friday I was running late, I called to confirm what time they were closing. He said he was closing early cause he's leaving town. It's 4pm traffic is heavy on 71 at this time. I told home that I too am leaving town for my birthday Im coming from Kansas City downtown out to him to get my prescriptions. He ended up staying in till I could get there, so I could get my meds. hands down great customer service. Just a remarkable man always professional and answers any questions I might have!!

Alber's has the most kind caring staff. Doug has been amazing the few years I have been going here. They know my wife and I by name and take care of all of our needs in a timely manner. Left cvs for them and I have never looked back!
