Dental Care at Johns Lake

I had an awesome experience at Dental Care at John’s Lake. From the start, Jenny was incredibly helpful in setting up my appointment. She took the time to explain the different care options and answered all of my insurance questions, which made the whole process easy and stress free. During my visit, I had my X-rays, mouth scan, and cleaning done (by Krystal), and everything was smooth and well organized. Dr. Amanda Negrin was thorough, professional, and very friendly during the exam. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Best part, they told me I have great teeth and added me to the Cavity Free Club. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a welcoming and knowledgeable dental team that truly cares about their patients.

I had my first cleaning at this office and it was such a great experience. Krystal, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner alone will have me coming back and specifically requesting her. She took her time polishing my teeth, and you can truly tell she enjoys what she does. It really shows in the care she provides, and it makes all the difference when you’re treated by someone who clearly loves their work. Jenny at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. Dr. Negrin was also so kind and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, such a positive first visit. I’m glad I found this practice and look forward to coming back.

I had an excellent experience at Dental Care at Johns Lake. From the front desk, the service was extremely professional, organized, and welcoming. Jenny was very attentive and efficient, always friendly and clear with all the information provided. A special highlight goes to Vânia, who speaks Portuguese — which truly makes a difference. She is simply exceptional: attentive, patient, extremely caring, and very reassuring. You can clearly tell how genuinely she cares about the patient, making the entire experience much more calm and human. Crystal also deserves high praise. She performed the exams and the cleaning with outstanding quality — extremely gentle, detailed, and most impressively, completely pain-free. It was one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had. Jenny in the front desk was amazing. Then Jaime was extremely nice and profesional. Luana stole my heart showing me pictures of her three beautiful children and last but not least Dra Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and very, very kind.
