Dental Care at Ellis Crossing

When it comes to healthcare, I am very selective and always choose my dentist carefully. I have had several treatments done for both myself and my family, and I highly recommend Dr. Mark. I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment with him and am very happy with the results so far. He is knowledgeable, caring, and kind, and he does not recommend unnecessary treatment. I truly appreciate his honest and conservative approach to patient care.

I was able to get an appointment quickly for a broken tooth. Dr. Manepalli determined that an extraction was needed. She found time in her schedule to do the extraction that day so we could avoid making the long commute on another day. I am very appreciative of the concern and quality of care that she and her assistant Gwen provided. The whole experience from check in to check out was very positive,

If this was the first time I had issues, then I wouldn’t have left this review, but because this is the second time, I’m leaving a review. The first time I went in as a new client without dental insurance so I was quoted with a deal. However, once everything was done, I was surprised with additional costs. On top of that they wanted me to get another procedure done, which I did opt in to get, but I felt that it was a bit pushed on me. My second visit didn’t happen because, although I had called them and let them know that I was going to be about 10 minutes late because I was coming from over an hour away, they said that if I was more than 5 to 6 minutes late, I would not be seen. I let them know that I was more than halfway there so I would see if I could shave off any more time. I arrived

Do not recommend. Only commenting to echo mine and others’ experiences. First appointment took over 2 hrs with all the extra exams they do. Half way through they asked if I wanted to do the cleaning same day (isn’t that the whole reason I went??). Billing is disorganized: they’ve sent me a bill for $90 twice so far after they told me I didn’t have to pay it. And that’s after I paid $60 day of - which I’ve never had to do before. My teeth were certainly clean at the end, but overall not worth it.
