Dental by Design Wellesley

This was, without question, the LEAST professional experience I have ever had with any healthcare provider – dental or otherwise. The level of disorganization, discourtesy, and condescension I encountered from the front office was not only disappointing, but genuinely alarming. In all my years of interacting with medical and dental practices, I have never been treated with such a blatant disregard for basic professionalism, communication, or human decency. DO NOT come here if you expect to be treated with respect. DO NOT come here if you expect to be spoken to like a human being. DO NOT come here if you expect your time, questions, or presence to be valued. I feel truly fortunate to be a patient of Dr. T and his team. I have been seeing him for almost a year, and every visit is met with compassion, friendliness, and respect from everyone in the office. Dr. T takes the time to listen to my concerns, never rushes me, understands my fear of pain, and addresses it with the utmost professionalism. Both his current and former front desk staff are exceptional—staying on top of my insurance’s benefits, promptly returning my calls and messages, and happily answering all my questions. His wonderful assistants are not only skilled but also friendly and kind. I’m grateful to have found such an outstanding practice so close to home.

Dr.T is talented, friendly and service-oriented. I’ve had a few dental emergencies and the staff has been very responsive. The dental hygienist is awesome. Highly recommend Au Blanc!!!

New Patiets NOT Accepted! Couldn't even get the appointment correct. Staff member called to confirm the appointment for Thursday, I told her I have the Friday as the appointment on my calendar. She wanted to investigate what happened. Seriously as a patient I don't care about your investigation and she insisted that we do. I told her she cant investigate this and instead book me a mutally agreeable time. She asks when is my next availability for her to “squeeze” me in. She insisted that I give her my next availability and I had to explain to her that squeezing in means she has a few spots that she has in the upcoming fee weeks. Then she proceeded to give me dates from December 11th onwards.

Dr T is professional, personable and provided a clear treatment plan. His team of admin and clinical staff are welcoming and capable. And the reception area is beautiful, as an added bonus.
