Kaitlyn is absolutely amazing to work with. I feel more confident about my postpartum body and increasing strength every time I see her, and I genuinely look forward to our sessions. I have a high bar for trauma-informed care, and Kaitlyn is an A+ care provider. The experience here, compared with in-network (paid for by insurance) postpartum physical therapy is like night and day. When I was debating which route to go, after experiencing one appointment at Brigham and one with Kaitlyn, there was no competition. 10 appointments with the hospital-based provider wouldn’t have taught me as much, or given me as much long-term confidence and knowledge about how my body works, as Kaitlyn did in ONE appointment. Very grateful to have found her — you can stop researching now, just contact her!

Kaitlyn is an incredibly talented physical therapist. She successfully helped me heal multiple issues- weak pelvic floor postpartum, hip pain running postpartum, and upper back pain that I'd had for ~2 years. I had seen another PT for my back for almost a year and seen a doctor a few times, with minimal progress, but after working with Kaitlyn for 6 months, I no longer had pain. I really appreciate that Kaitlyn makes sure an exercise works for you. She is quick to adapt or scrap an exercise if you're not seeing progress and very invested in the recovery of her clients. She is compassionate, supportive, and fun to work with. I cannot recommend Kaitlyn highly enough!

I remember emailing Kaitlyn after beginning to experience extreme pelvic pain while pregnant. I was hoping she could help me overcome the pain or minimize it. What I didn't expect was the bond I felt for Kaitlyn and looking forward to our sessions before and after delivery. She is kind, intelligent and helped me feel less alone in what I was feeling while pregnant. She exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend her enough. Still to this day I feel like seeing her was one of the best decisions I ever made. It is an investment in yourself and she is worth every cent.

Doing pelvic floor therapy with Kaitlyn was one of the best decision I made during my pregnancy. Kaitlyn made me feel immediately at ease and comfortable. Her recommendations for exercises were easy to incorporate into my everyday and were a helpful preparation for childbirth and recovery. I believe that because of her and her recommendations, I felt more confident in my birth experience and had an easier experience. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and the recommendations she gave were rooted in research that she shared as well. I highly recommend Kaitlyn for any person looking to get more information about their pelvic floor and prepare for childbirth and the recovery process afterwards.

Dr. Kaitlyn Labberton is a master of her craft. It takes a true professional to let a new patient know that their services are not needed after a thorough and comprehensive examination. In just one session, Kaitlyn taught me how to identify, activate, and coordinate my pelvic floor muscles. She made me feel extremely comfortable and she’s very easy to talk to. Kaitlyn let me know each step of the examination process and what to expect with both internal and external portions of the evaluation. While I don’t need PT at this time, I left with a much greater understanding and appreciation for the pelvic floor. Kaitlyn gave me a few exercises and suggestions to integrate into my current lifting/strength training program. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return to her for any future p
