Wellesley Dental group is fantastic. Very friendly and caring. My Dentist Dr.Bassima Bashour, I can't say enough wonderful words about her. The whole office is so great. I highly recommend this dental office.

My family were patients at Wellesley Dental for a year, and we consistently received excellent clinical care. Dr. Ali, Dr. Beheshti, and the hygienist team are professional, attentive, and skilled. Although the clinical care was excellent, a long billing dispute began in July 2024 when my insurer identified a processing error that billed my services as out-of-network rather than in-network. For seven months, Wellesley Dental repeatedly reported they were waiting for insurance paperwork to process my refund. My insurer sent seven letters and one fax to Wellesley Dental; I made six calls, sent seven emails, mailed a detailed four-page letter, and participated in one three-way call to resolve the issue. My youngest went in for her first dental appointment with Dr. Houshmand and it was by far the most pleasant and smooth doctors appointment I have ever taken her to! Her dental assistant Laura was such a gem and had so much patience with her. We are so looking forward to returning for her 6 month appointment :)

Staff turnover and lack of follow-up between orthodontic staff and dental staff, also seemed to have a major transition during the time I was served as a patient. Note for parents or people with caregivers: not enough room to have another person in room with patient comfortably.

You can feel the difference when you walk in. Leyla is my hygienist and she makes the visit so easy. I am happy to go because I know she is there, and I know my teeth will be clean and strong. She is fast and gentle and done before you know it. The Ali family built the practice with us in mind, and everything in there is brand new.
