Denise Roddy

First time seeing Dr. Roddy, she spent extra time with me explaining why my eyesight was the way it is. She additionally helped extra with the technicians to get me comfortable with contacts. The front desk / eyewear employees were also very helpful. I think if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have continued to try contacts.

This is a first. I had an appointment for some time. Arriving 30 minutes early I was told Dr Roddy was overbooked and I could reschedule or see another Dr. Not one call or notification, I only found this out after I arrived. I don't know how many practices are run, but this is unacceptable!
