Delmont Medical Care

I just had to write a review regarding this facility. I called to schedule my physical and was informed I could not schedule my physical until I pay a outstanding co-pay of $ 24.00 for a telehealth visit from last year. I was not made aware of this bill prior to today. In addition this office does not have any Medical doctors to service you as PCP only NP. All the doctors seem to only be in the other location in Freeport. This use to be a good medical center but now it is just about money. I will be looking for a new facility for my physical this year.

I've been going to this location since 2023. The facility is always immaculate and the ladies at the front desk are professional and pleasant. My only issue was the original doctor I had he didn't really listen to what I needed as well as over look medication refills. Because of how wonderful everything else is there I requested a change and am very happy with the doctor I have now

This has been my worst experience with a medical facility, from start to finish. I came here because of the good online reviews. Don’t be fooled. Came in for my medical and immediately notified the front desk clerk that my name was spelt incorrectly on the appointment note. I handed her 2 different government documents with my correct name spelling which she scanned… and I also ended up writing it down on a sticky note. During my session with the doctor and I look on the screen, 3 out of 4 of my names are still spelt incorrectly. I pointed it out to the doctor. She brought it to the attention of the clerk and she tried to make it seem like it was my fault. I was too tired from work to even argue. Then she hands me my receipt full of her foundation makeup. They took a week and a half to a

Dr.Andrews is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she’s also very lovely to speak with. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. The office manager Jenny is wonderful, she’s very attentive, helpful and she makes sure that every patient has a satisfying experience. Overall the staff are great and very professional. The office is extremely clean and I’ve seen how the staff disinfects each exam room. I am so glad I chose Delmont Medical Care and I would highly recommend to anyone.

My experience at Delmont Medical Care in Far Rockaway was a positive one. The office is bright and clean. The staff is very professional especially Iris who did my vitals. She was pleasant, patient and very caring. Dr. Jamil is awesome! She's patient and she listens very attentively without trying to rush. She's thorough and very caring in taking care of my medical needs.
