Delaune's Pharmacy

These women are the kindest people you will find, they really are amazing, my 11 year old son had the flu, with a fever ,we went to C.V.S they said come back tomorrow. These wonderful women didn't stop until they were able to get the fax from the urgent care and get my son his medicine and the pharmacy was about to close, but they were not stopping until they got my baby his medicine, they didn't care about the time, they go above and beyond... I will use this pharmacy for the rest of my life! I'm beyond grateful to have people that really care!!!!

Since I switched pharmacies from Walgreens to Delaunes I've had no Trouble getting my meds filled Walgreens Always gave me a problem but Delaunes never does There Wonderful There and They Always Text me and Let me know when my meds are Ready Walgreens never Did that

My family has used Delaunes Pharmacy for as long as I could remember or probably even walk! They are basically everyone in the communities family. They are patient and they are always willing to comfort and answer questions. The Pharmacists here are amazing and I wouldn't want to put my trust into anyone else to refill and do my medicine for me or my family. Thank you for your service to the community.

Completely incompetent. They filled my Mom's monthly PakMyMeds wrong 3 months in a row. A different mistake each time, and the prescription had not changed. The last month we tried the PakMyMeds box, I called in a week before the end of the month to ask for it to be refilled, called again a few days later to check if it was ready, and still when the new month started the box was not ready until two days later. We call in prescriptions and ask for them to be delivered and they don't get put out for delivery. We call in other prescriptions and say we need them right away so we will come pick them up, and they get put out for delivery and we can't get them till the next day. Address changes don't get updated, phone messages don't get passed along correctly. We've been with them for many years

I greatly appreciate the staff here. They are friendly & helpful whenever I call. They also do delivery, which can be convenient at times. It's a friendly, family owned business that I'd much rather give my business over larger businesses & corporations who offer impersonal & impatient service in regards to your needed medications.
