Aspen Dental - New Iberia, LA

Where can i even start? From the care to the pricing & the receptionist. I came in today as a walk in in excruciating pain hoping to get seen. I was greeted by Kamryn, even though i was a walk in she made sure i was seen in a timely manner. Answered my questions, made me feel seen & heard. She worked effortlessly to get me in ASAP. I am so grateful for her! My dentist and his staff also took a late lunch just so they could help my pain go away & reassured me that everything was going to be okay! I LOVE this place!!! Also, their prices are so affordable, one place was going to charge me 6000 & they got it down a good bit. I recommend this place to everyone. Also note i hadnt been to a dentist in years! But not once did anyone make me feel bad instead they showed grace & compassion! I am so

The Staff was great. But the waiting in two different rooms was very uncomfortable. The last room to wait for the conclusion of the examination was at least 45 minutes. I'm a new patient, and hope this is not the normal way of business. Again the staff was great.

My dentist closed his business and is now working at Aspen so I called Aspen for an emergency cracked bridge. They took unnecessary full mouth X-rays plus many individual X-rays of my whole mouth, not just focusing on the bridge. Then someone came in to talk about gum health and regular cleanings, etc. I told them I was not interested in that at this time but they kept on. Finally a doctor came in to say “yes your bridge is cracked”. I was put in a second waiting room and from there was taken to an office to talk about payment. I was given an iPad and told to “read this” and then I could click on “view pricing”. I immediately noticed 4 “deep cleanings” in addition to the bridge. When I said I wasn’t interested in that at this time I was told it was “mandatory”. They wanted to charge me $45

Great service friendly people all is good, BUT PLEASE redo those miserable seats in the front! It’s flaking in the ground and on you. Clothes its st king to my nice clothes!! Cmon you can do better

I had tried to come in for a teeth cleaning. Apparently, someone spelled my name incorrectly, and I was treated as a new patient even though I told countless people i had been in last year. At the end of the exam, I was left in the green room. 30 minutes later I went looking for someone and asked if I was getting my teeth cleaned. Then I was taken to the manager who figured out the misspelling. She began drawing up a payment plan for the work the dentist recommended. I told her all I wanted was my teeth cleaned. She explained that would be $150. I told her my insurance covers the cost. She said I was diagnosed with gingivitis and needed a special treatment. I told her no I wanted what my insurance covered.
