Love this doctor office. Always clean, friendly staff, caring. Dr Shelly Thomson is one of the best my kids been seeing her since they were born.

Dr. Thompson is so rude and not good with Artistic kids. She need to go back to school or get a new job. Told me after put my Autistic daughter on the floor after i told her she couldn’t walk an told me i could find my daughter a new dr. Every one else was so nice but her the doctor

The doctors are wonderful but the structure I guess is bad. After they reach their desired quota they won’t even see anymore sick children. I went there at 1030 Friday morning and got turned away because the lady said they had reached their quota. There wasn’t any other people waiting so either they were turn them away too. I then ask them why is there a quota if they are not open to seeing sick children. The workers were all just sitting down. There were docs but no patients because of quota I guess. This is y so many people get sent to er and it needs to stop especially if it’s a government funded program.

Lied for months about referring my baby to a specialist. Every time I called they just told me “the specialist will call you”. I called the specialist myself, he told me they never referred my daughter. The staff knew this and lied for two months. The wait time is TERRIBLE. You have to wait AT LEAST 2 hours before even being called back, and then another 30 minutes before you even see the doctor. The entire office staff is HORRIBLE. They refuse to answer the phones, I literally had to drive all the way over there to make an appointment. You know what the staff was doing when I got there? Standing around laughing and talking, ignoring the ringing phones. They close the offices early, not caring about appointments. They definitely just hire anyone to work here. The doctors do not care about

Dr Eikel has been my son's doctor since birth. He always goes above and beyond what is expected. 100% satisfied.
