Based on my experience with this office for several years, here are my ratings: Billing and office administration 2 star: I'm rating the billing and office administration 2 stars due to the excessive involvement required on my part with insurance claims. I had to manage correspondence and negotiations, which was time-consuming and frustrating. My current dentist office handles these matters entirely, providing a much smoother experience. Dental cleaning 5 star. I have never had a mediocre dental cleaning here. They get the job done well, 100%. Google should accept 0 star for reviews. Horrible Experience ! I came by 4x to pick up a mouth guard that did not fit. After I requested compensation (I had to take leave from work). they offered me $100 credit, I thought everything was fine. A couple weeks later I realized they had overcharged me for the mouth guard,this is not the first time they overchargedme in the past two years visits (keep eyes on your bills!), I called them and requested a refund for the amount overpaid. A couple weeks later they sent me a check accompanied by a short letter stating they have dropped me as a client. There was no explanation. This came just a week before my scheduled 6 month cleaning. I've been coming here for years due to a recommendation from my friend, and I've recommended this place to anyone in the area! All hygienists I've had have been professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. Dr. Delaney is wonderful and demonstrates care for her patients. If you need to adjust your appointment, a new one can be hard to get, but with their waitlist program makes up for it. I've also had a big issue pop up twice and I was seen very quickly both times.

We've been coming here for years. Always a positive experience. Friendly, professional staff, efficient and thorough dental hygienists and Dr. Delaney is not only extremely friendly and easygoing, she is a medical professional who will actually return a phone call to a patient. That's pretty much unheard of nowadays!

I had a bad experience with my billing issue here with the office for months. Initially, I was referring my husband to come as I did like my dentist a lot. I had a crown here back in July, and my company was updating my dental plan. As my plan hasn't yet kicked in, there are some billing issues with my insurance. I have been going on with the charges with my insurance and the office for more than three and a half months, but I still haven't resolved the issues. The insurance was sent over the payment in September, but they haven't yet followed up with me. Keep pushing me to talk to different people every time. I had 100% coverage insurance that works so well with my clinic now, and I will never recommend anyone to come here for the pain I went through.
