Highly recommend Dr. Balistreri. He was efficient, kind, direct, holistic, and took me seriously. I’m in my 30s and have been putting off going to the GI because I’m young, and he thanked me for being proactive to care for my health. I was able to book an appointment online the same week. I was also very impressed by his staff, specifically his MA/secretary Monica, who was so chill, nice, and funny, and Jennifer at the front desk, who greeted me in a way that made me feel immediately like I was in a good place. Great experience.

Monica, Dr. Balistreri’s medical assistant, has restored my faith in this system. She has gone above and beyond to see to it that my messages were relayed and that I got answers to my questions. She called me back when she said she would even after hours!! She empathizes with my concerns and truly makes me feel like I’m being heard.
