I have never been to a place that was so easy going and had such a friendly staff from start to finish. Staff explained everything in detail left you with no questions to ask. I came alone and didn’t have anyone to let me know if I looked okay in a pair of glasses. Several people helped me and they are all so sweet! Very large selection of glasses and if you like a pair but not the color they are so helpful in finding a color they can order for you. I’m also a first timer for contacts. They helped you put them in and take them out. The staff jokes with one another and they all seem to get along as well as have a good time at work. It makes it feel just that more inviting for the rest of us.

I recently had my first exam in years and of all places, I decided to go with Budget Opticals. First, they are very reasonable with their prices and second, they have a very friendly staff! I was welcomed by everyone I looked at when I first walked in and was seen in no time. I always knew something was wrong with my vision but not bad enough to where I seriously had to get glasses. Now that I do school online during night time and do a lot more driving at night on the weekends, I felt it was time for them. The staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and everyone seemed knowledgeable about their services and products. Dr. Deapen is very nice and efficient. His staff is always pleasant and welcoming. If I have questions about benefits, they answer them accurately. I enjoyed using the new technology Dr. Deapen has for his clinic now. My prescription was spot on. Not that it wasn’t accurate before, but the fact that he is not only willing to upgrade technology but continue to be affordable is wonderful.

Just left Budget Optical and I’m proud to say I found my optometrist. Dr. Deapen is very kind and has such a friendly personality. He was very patient when I asked a lot of questions and was happy to answer them. He’s staff is great and funny as well. I would definitely recommend going to him. I’ve been to many places in the area annually but I finally found a good one! My vision is important so, I’m really particular!
