DDS Northwest

Was happily going to them for over a year. Have been very happy with them, Ben is a fantastic dentist. Up until I had a text message argument with what I'm assuming was a receptionist with a god-like complex, seemingly making rules up as we went. I had called and left a voicemail an hour or 2 prior to this with no response so I had sent a text and that was the start of it, I ended up bailing on the text messaging and never got a call back or any attempt from them to reach out and reschedule. I am now looking into new practices.

Complaining isn't something I normally do but I was shocked by the up-front staff's lack of professional courtesy and complete disrespect. I liked the dentist, he was nice, but I will not visit this practice any longer due to the negative experience and combative attitude the man at the front counter displayed. After the appointment I was sent up front having to talk to the male receptionist that told me the x-ray I took wouldn't be covered by insurance, I said "you would think I would be told of this before having that done", then out of nowhere he became brusque and impatient. I felt as if he was bullying me because of my lack of knowledge with said insurance and began to school me, so I asked him not to do that and to move on. I sent an email to them prior to this review that was ignored so I tried to deal with this privately at first. This is long I apologize. I will start by saying that my first visit was amazing, Dr Ben and all of the hygienist that I interacted with were caring and wonderful and I felt in good hands with my treatments going forward. Then came this week... I had an appointment for 5 fillings. I showed up and after a short wait was taken to a room. Once again the hygienist was amazing and caring. I explained that I was going through a lot of other health issues going on including a very recent cancer diagnosis and stress issues and that I also have a high tolerance to novicane and she said she understand and would she tell the doctor that. I had such a great time here at DDS Northwest! I was greeted and got x rays done by dental assistant Madison then got my teeth cleaned by Dental Hygienist Brittany. Dr Lindsey then finished off by examining my teeth. It was such a great experience after not getting my teeth cleaned for a few years, they feel great! It was so comfortable the environment and the setting was quiet and cozy. Couldn’t have had a better time I truly loved it!

Very happy to have found a great dental practice in CDA. Started with a cleaning and the Brittany the hygienist was great. Then have been back several times with dentist taking care of quite a bit of work I had been putting off. They have been honest with work I needed and what wasn’t pressing right now. Even came in on a day off to get me checked when I had a concern after a procedure. Highly recommend this location and team !
