DC Family Practice Douglasville

Very stressful experience this morning. I attempted to contact the office with some questions this morning that would have affected my morning. I was unable to get in touch with them. I tried calling 5 times over the course of 1.5 hours. No answer. I received contact 22 mins before my appointment. I was transferred to the office admin, Marietta or Henrietta, not sure. In short, she did not make me feel valued, appreciated, or even wanted. I have never had this hard of a time contacting a doctors office, nor have I felt this unvalued. I am taking my business to another practice with better reviews.

My experience with Dr. George was incredibly disappointing. I arrived on time for my 8:00 a.m. appointment and was not seen by the doctor until 9:40 a.m., a two-hour wait. When Dr. George finally came in, the visit felt incredibly rushed and dismissive. They spent less than 10 minutes with me, barely addressing my concerns before walking out. They refused to even discuss all of my symptoms, saying we only had time for the primary issue. The entire experience left me feeling unheard and disrespected. The lack of clear communication about my diagnosis left me feeling anxious and unsure of the next steps. Disorganized and unprofessional. They were rude upon check-in and failed to verify my insurance, causing problems with my billing later on. The nurses also seemed incompetent, struggling to

Everyone is very attentive. Zoie was nothing short of amazing! She didn’t just listen she HEARD me! Thankful to have found them

The staff never answers the phone at both locations. I leave voicemails and no one returns my calls half the time. Here I am needing to make an appointment and can’t because no one will answer or call back. I have complained to them about their phones for over a year now and nothing changes.

The nurses are very friendly. The Dr. Is very pleasant.
