Dr Dawson is very knowledgeable, caring and proficient. Explains everything and takes time to listen. His front desk staff needs classes on customer service and phone etiquette! The other staff, medical assistants, etc. in the treatment area are great! He has been my cardiologists for several years now.

The “5 Stars” are for Dr. Dawson ONLY! He is simply AMAZING! I have been a patient of Dr. Dawson’s for nearly 14 years and have always had great experiences. He is extremely knowledgeable, interpersonal, and professional. Unfortunately, his staff lacks the capacity of professionalism. For example, I have placed several requests, via patient portal and telephonic, for a prescription refill. I was informed that it will be handled soon. To date, the request has not been made. This fiasco has been going for more than a week. Therefore, I have to make yet a REPEATED request.

I agree 100% with the other review. Dr. Dawson is awesome! It is a shame his front office staff is not personable and do not make you feel they care if you are a patient of his or not. I called today and we had a bad connection. When I told the lady that answered the phone I would call them right back, she just hung up. I thought that was rude. I called back to reschedule an appointment that was scheduled for today and the same woman answering the phone said "oh okay, it's JUST going to be $25". JUST???? How would she feel if her doctor told her that? I understand they have the policy, but she didn't sound sympathetic for having to charge it at all. She never asked if it was an emergency keeping me from coming. She just stated it was their policy for everyone (in a take it or le

My experience with Dr Dawson has been amazing, he very knowledgeable of my health issue and always proactive to avoid any further issue. The staff and front desk assistance are polite and friendly. He really and truly care about your health, I asked him about some mens vitamins and he actually took the time to go over each pill and told me what was good and bad for my health condition. Kudos to Dr Dawson and his team of professionals.
