I have nothing but positive comments. The whole experience thus far has been really pleasant. The entire staff is wonderful. One particular time, I had a scheduling dilemma and the front desk staff worked with my dental office to ensure my regular dental care would not be interrupted due to my orthodontic care. I really appreciated that because dealing with insurance companies and regular/routine checkups and x-rays can be tricky. I also had a set back in my orthodontic care due to a fall which injured my mouth resulting in stitches. Drs. Davis and Nyczepir along with their staff were wonderful in working with my extremely sore mouth while I healed. I LOVE my smile. I appreciated how the orthodontist and technicians explained parts of the process with me at various appointments. They were quick to get me into an appointment when part of my son’s device was broken or causing undue pain. I also appreciated that the orthodontist honored my role as parent by asking me questions and getting my approval for other minor implements. My only suggestion would be to try not to make the parent feel guilty when a part of the child’s braces might have become broken. (I realize that it it’s important to maintain realistic expectations regarding what a patient can/cannot eat and put into his mouth with braces. But there were times that a broken piece was not seemingly under our control. It is a fun way to celebrate braces being removed by giving the patient a goodie

The staff here is amazing! They always are super fast and have my daughter in and out of there. Kaelynn is so personable and always gives a warm welcome. I would recommend Davis & Nyczepir to anyone who needs orthodontic care :)

They whole thisstaff team there, they're all very much nice, as well as very Welcoming.. .. This was from the beginning of our very first visit .. It was like love at first sight , And a dream come true,l🤞🏿 I really do wish we had met him( The doctor ) earlier .. I must add that the staffing team is awesome.. Very much so!!! My daughter recently moved to Virginia. It has been a difficult transition but during all the chaos, there was a port in the storm! All the staff helped her to complete her treatment.
