I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! The doctors truly do amazing work — they are professional, thorough, and make you feel completely comfortable throughout every visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the front office team. They have been short staffed lately, and even though the office is clearly very busy, they have still been incredibly kind, organized, and responsive. Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve gotten back to me within 48 hours, which I truly appreciate. It’s not easy managing such a busy schedule, and they handle it with grace. Started off really well. The staff turn around became high and the quality of service dropped. I had a few billing issues. I was told my part was one price then asked for another dollar amount at checkout. The issues were quickly fixed but I was not sure of my payment often. I got two implants with Dr. Van Dam. That was the best experience . I would choose her again if I needed another one.

I have been a client at Davis & Dingle for many years. They have always served me with respect, concern and care. Dr. Davis, Dr. VanDam, Ella in finance have always served me well. My dental tech Markita is the best of the best! I would recommend anyone to this team, they are superb!! 👍🏾🫶🏿

Overall, I have no problem with the Dentist; especially the hygientists and Dr. Dingle. However, my concern is the communication and the amount of effort it takes to reach someone when you are trying to get something taken care of but the have no problem reaching out in the event that they need to reschedule you. Also, they are usually very thorough but not if it’s a Friday and they would like to leave early.
