Our family plans healthcare expenses carefully by setting a fixed budget that must last two years. Charges are reviewed closely, and any expense exceeding expectations by more than 10% requires advance coordination. From the beginning, we were transparent with the front-desk staff about our need for accurate cost estimates, including insurance coverage and network status. We were explicitly told that the practice was in-network and that insurance would cover the expected portion. After the initial appointment, we paid the quoted amount in full and left with no concerns. Super nice staff, I haven't been to the dentist in forever, I was anxious and was really worried about my tooth. Staff was kind, listened, and got me set up for my next appointment. Definitely would recommend 10/10

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:40 pm for somewhat of an emergency because of the pain I was in. Being that I travel for work, I was running behind and called to see if it would at all be possible to move my appointment to a later time that day. After being told, very rudely, that there were no available times and that I would not be able to be rescheduled that day for my “1:30” appointment, I told her that I would try my best to make that appointment. I then clarified that my appointment was at 1:40 and not 1:30 as the lady had just mentioned and that I had received an automated text that confirmed my 1:40 appointment. They got us in on short notice on a Friday when many dentist offices are closed. The staff was professional and actually listened to what was going on. We were cash-pay and they didn't try to upsell us. They were also reasonably priced. An overall great experience.
