I needed to replace vital eye drops for my daughter in the afternoon on a Saturday. Everywhere was closed and I was scared she would be without them until Monday. I called Dr. Russell in desperation, and he was able to call in a replacement, and I picked them up minutes later. A small thing maybe, but maybe he saved her eyes. I am so grateful he was available, and was able to help immediately.
