Hands down the best Pharmacy in Evanston, the staff is always so friendly and they truly care about their patients. Tori, Sheri and Shelbi have been so helpful with making sure I get my prescriptions in a timely manner so I don’t run out, and they go out of their way to help you if there’s any inconveniences. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone thinking about using them!

City Drug has a lot of really helpful free services to get you the meds you need, but doesn't have the staffing or infrastructure to support those services. Particularly, the Paks machine regularly breaks/isn't running and the med delivery system doesn't have any tracking. If you aren't in your house constantly from 10am to 8pm, you will likely miss your delivery, and there is no system in place to tell you that you missed it. If you are able to be flexible with when you receive your meds, though, City Drug is a great pick.

I had an issue with the service during my recent visit. The staff member, Tori, was unprofessional and spoke to me in a rude manner. Her tone was dismissive, and she didn’t seem interested in helping. I believe staff should be courteous and respectful, and this interaction fell short of that. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as it affected my overall experience

I have used city drug for 30 years. It is the best by far. Super friendly people who actually know you and remember you . I have dealt with other pharmacy’s and the don’t come close to matching city drug in service or price

Tori always answers my phone calls when i call. She’s very helpful and always willing to answer my questions the best she can. I try to only get her on the phone because some of the other people who answer aren’t as nice.
