I trusted this clinic with my pet on the worst day of my life. What followed was not a simple mistake, but a profound failure of responsibility, communication, and compassion. Despite the fact that we explicitly ordered a private cremation and stated that we would be providing our own urn, I was later told by a staff member that Winston was “just gone.” I was in complete shock. This was not a misunderstanding on our part — this was a mistake made by this clinic. A private cremation is a deliberate and meaningful choice, and being told after the fact that my pet was gone without care or explanation is deeply traumatic. Incredibly rude staff, they do not have empathy for pets or their owners. Be VERY cautious if you're considering going in for end of life care. They do not take the time to ensure your needs are met in an especially vulnerable time and when confronted for the mistakes on their end, will hang up on you. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not let your animals near this clinic.

They took care of my cat who sadly had final stage kidney failure and now my puppy who needed hernia surgery. Pam (not sure her last name) was amazing. Very compassionate, professional, and highly qualified. I definitely recommend this vet clinic! ♡

I went when my dog was a puppy and my pup was having tummy troubles. They proceeded to take him and smash his poor little chin on the floor by a leash while the vet took his temp ( he hit his chin so hard it had started bleeding by the time it was done. Dont take pets you care about here. Also after life care of pets is a actual joke.
