First let me start by saying that 1 star isn’t low enough for this doctor. I brought my mother in law here for an appointment. She is Hispanic and speaks and understands English.very well. So there was no translator necessary. We went into the room and the doctor started out with the English language speaking to my mother in law. He then turned to me and said please translate what I just said. I simply responded that she did not need translation and he got loud and said “I was told that she had a translator and if he knew that I was not the translator that I would not be in the room “. I spoke back and stated that I can leave the room. He replied no if she’s okay with you staying then I am okay. He then started talking to my mother in law with frustration in his voice. I was referred to Dr Mckalip from my Orthopedic surgeon. My condition was beyond his scope of practice. I am so very grateful to have had Dr Mckalip perform my surgery. He made completely sure that I understood what I was having done and gave me all the time that I needed to ask questions. I went into the surgery Feeling both confident that I understood both the procedure and the possible risks associated. Doctor McKalip proved himself to not only be an outstanding surgeon, but to be kind and compassionate, not only to me as a patient but my family, also. I will never be able to show my gratitude for how much he has helped me. If you are fortunate enough to be referred to his office, be grateful. You are in great hands.

Like that one woman said don't waste time or money taught me to look more into a doctor before making a decision start doing background checks on these doctors

firstly, we had to pay 250 to even get the appointment scheduled despite us having a referal. the issue started when he breached a line that shouldnt have been crossed in the medical field and told my fiance he recommended an exorcism because of suspicion of demonic possesion?? which is just symptoms of his mental health condition and recommended him going to mass even though he's catholic already and would not hear it any otherway. he was convinced and kept claiming wrong information about an illness he seems to know little about (that schizophrenics don't have visual hallucinations). he made the whole appointment feel rushed. he wouldn't let my fiance talk and was constantly interrupting him and second guessing his answers (specifically the fact that his mental illness is medically diagn

I arrrived at Advent Gordon with what they thought was a stroke. But after multiple MRI's and CT scans. Dr. McKalip found the problem. I was not able to walk due to MASSIVE pain or feel my left side. But he was determined to find ot the cause and he did. He explained everything to me and was very patient with me since I was scared to death to have surgery. And right after surgery I was up walking the very next day without pain. I can not thank this man enough for giving me my life back and saving my life.
