Dr. Andrews is the real deal! After a few months of waiting for Tenncare to approve a root canal (not the doctor's fault), they got me right on the schedule as soon as the approval came in. I warned the doctor before he pulled out a syringe that it takes a lot of anesthetic to numb me. He was not deterred. He used three different types of anesthetic and I barely even felt the pinch of the needle. I was really nervous because he started drilling like minutes after injecting the anesthetic while most dentists will walk away and make you wait for 20 minutes while it "kicks in." But in spite of my nervousness about feeling everything that touched that tooth, I didn't feel a thing. He worked very quickly and before I knew it he had drilled all of the canals and was starting to fill my tooth. Dr

I went in today to have them place bonding on a broken front tooth. All they kept talking about was a root canal. They were extremely rude about the whole situation. And when I said they were being rude. They literally kicked me out of their office. I wasn't being problematic at all. All they seem to care about is a paycheck. Which is sad. They had fixed my problem the first time but refused to do it this time around!!! I wouldn't let my dog go to these people. Much less anyone else.

Everyone has good or bad experiences every where they go. Unfortunately we have fallen on hard times and my daughter has some form of TNcare for dental. Listen to your GUT do NOT assume he knows what he's doing just because he has a degree. He wanted to do unnecessary procedure(s) on my daughter and the sad part is the insurance approved him to do it. I got a second opinion whom doesn't take any TN care for an unbiased opinion, she just has a cavity not an easy one to get to do but doable no root canal needed. That was a unnecessary request that would have been costly for my child down the road. She recently got her braces off and has retainers. I felt like either the dentist or orthodontist would have noticed prior to being a bad tooth.

They messed up my teeth and sent me out with them Dremeled with sharp edges.

I went in to get cavities filled. I was so afraid and crying. Dr. Andrews had me laughing by the end. He knows how to make you feel more comfortable. I highly recommend him. His staff is great too.
