I had gone to Dr. Novak for a couple of years after relocating to the area. I stopped making appointments at his practice after feeling as though I was being told I needed work done but not being shown any x-rays or pictures that were taken. Now I am going to a new dentist after experiencing some pain and was told that a filling, done by Dr. Novak, was too close to the nerve and that was causing my pain. Along with 2 crowns that had been placed by him that are 1mm too large for the space and causes food to become easily caught. My current dentist explains the process that they are taking, explaining why they are doing it and takes their time with the dental care and work, none of which I can recollect experiencing at this office. I do not recommend this dental office to anyone.

Excellent dental practice! The clinic is well maintained, clean and beautiful. The receptionist is super friendly, knowledgeable about insurance benefits and willing to explain the process. My hygienist (Angela) was professional, patient and caring to my sensitivity with my teeth. The physician was through and provided exquisite care. The entire staff exceeded my expectations in providing dental care and made sure that I was comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend and appreciate the service that I received! Thank you!😊

I’ve been a patient for several years and have generally had a pleasant experience with the staff. However, during my appointment on 4/16 at 3 PM (which I have proof of), I encountered unprofessional behavior that was disappointing. The front desk staff member (I believe her name is Angela) was confrontational and rude when I asked about Friday appointments, making a remark along the lines of, “I wouldn’t want to clean your teeth for you on a Friday.” Additionally, the dental hygienist was rude and unprofessional, stating that she had "lost hope in me"—a completely inappropriate comment in any healthcare setting, iregardless over being a few minutes late. On a positive note, the supervising dentist, whom I’ve seen several times before, was kind and courteous as always. Still, I’m saddene

I have been a patient at this practice since 2006 and my boys who are 12 and 15 have came here all their lives. We have always had a wonderful experience and the staff is always super friendly. Dr. Novak had to pull some baby teeth for my youngest son recently to prepare him for ortho and it was quick and painless for him. We love this office and enjoy our visits every 6 mos!
