Dr. Ross was excellent. He has great bedside manner and took the time to really listen and understand what was going on. What stood out most to me was how hands on he was. He personally performed the ultrasound himself rather than sending in a technician, which was a very different experience for me. There is a lot of confidence that comes from having the physician directly evaluate the issue instead of relying on secondhand information. He explained what he was looking for and what he was seeing in a clear and reassuring way. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ross.
