Incredible experience. Accepts Tricare. Dr. Lotz and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I just left the office with my 8 year old son, and feel so lucky to have found such a patient doctor to sit down and make sure his prescription was right. This has not been my experience at other offices. I cannot recommend enough.

Update: Does not appear this review was read by the stores location. After looking up the frames I purchased, I found out the glasses come with case and premium cleaning cloth. However, when I picked up my glasses I received the case but no cleaning cloth. When I asked, I was told I would have to purchase one, not knowing one was supposed to come with. Now thinking this is an underhand way of charging customers more money. (Took another star off for this) ORIGINAL Post: Overall, a good experience. Good selection of glasses. Great eye doctor who is patient and knowledgeable. I want to give a shout-out to Brenda, too. She went above and beyond, and her helpfulness is greatly appreciated.
