Dark Circles NYC

I went to Dr. Gary Jayne Rothfeld for severe dark circles and hollowing under my eyes that made me look constantly exhausted no matter how much I slept. I had seen other dermatologists before and most either dismissed the concern or recommended generic fillers without really analyzing my facial anatomy. TBH I was starting to think nothing would truly fix it. Dr. Rothfeld approached my case completely differently. My consultation lasted over an hour. Yes, over an hour. He genuinely loves to examine, analyze, and explain. He studied my facial structure in detail, discussed bone anatomy, fat pad distribution, skin thickness, and how light creates shadow in the tear trough area. He answered every single question. NGL that level of attention made me feel incredibly confident and reassured. H

I had a very similar experience as the previous reviewer, please stay away from this office and Dr. Rothfeld. I would not recommend him at all. In addition to being extremely cold and rude, he clearly had no interest in providing me with concierge service. He didn’t even ask me what conditions I wanted to treat or what specific services I was interested in, but made sure to ask what I do for work. Clearly I wouldn’t have reached out if I couldn’t afford to pay for a concierge service, isn’t that a given? I’m not an idiot. He said things that were intended to dissuade me from scheduling a consultation and the message “I don’t really believe you need concierge service, you should just come to the office. I’d lose money by coming to see you” was made extremely clear. He gives off extremely ba

Called to schedule an appointmente but the guy was extremely rude and refused to schedule an appointment for me although I agreed to pay consultation fee. Stay away from this office
