Dan's Wellness Pharmacy

Love Dan’s so much! The staff is fantastic and the convenience of drive up service, rarely ever a more than 1 minute wait, is hard to beat. We slowly switched various family prescriptions here and now have almost all of them here…from two other local pharmacies. This is my first review of a pharmacy…that is how fond I’ve become of this crew at Dan’s Wellness Pharmacy:)

Usually really good but lately the young lady at the drive-thru window has had some kind of attitude, I don't know what else to call it, maybe she has personal stuff to deal with but she used to be pleasant, now she's just annoyed at everyone.

Hit my last straw with this place. Picked up my prescription today and i have a small car so its hard to reach in drive thrus sometimes. As i was reaching to get it i smiled and reached as far as i could for the bag. The lady who I will not name (starts with an m) very much rolled her eyes and scoffed in my face. This is not the first time i have been treated like this when i had a hard time reaching. Not my fault there is a massive concrete slab preventing cars getting close to the window. I pull up and i am so kind and i smile and kill them with kindness any time they so blatantly roll their eyes and turn their head in annoyance. I hope people see my review and stop going to this place. My mom has also had bad experiences picking up meds in the drive thru so much so she changed pharmacie

Only angels work @ Dan’s. I called at 6:58 pm, 2 minutes before close, and was greeted with a warm response and immediately apologized and requested “I’m right around the corner & forgot to place my refill request but I need it.” the woman on the phone asked what the prescription was before checking and picking back up to request I be there within 5 minutes. Luckily, I live 30 seconds driving distance & arrived 10 seconds after the request. In my haste, I’d forgotten my wallet and only had my phone to pay with and they do not take digital payments over the phone via the request that digital payments be made inside. Again, they went above and beyond d beyond and made an exception. I am so grateful to these literal life savers! Thank you!

This is without a doubt the least competent pharmacy I've ever worked with (without actually getting the medications wrong). We've had to work with them several times on a specific compounded medication as there aren't that many compounding pharmacies nearby. No exaggeration, every time something has gone wrong. On more than one occasion, they have failed to have the medication ready when they said they would. They have "lost" prescriptions, which was a lie as it was in their system, they just forgot to fill it (found out after pressing them enough). They've lied about having folks on staff at specific times when we've contacted them about medication delays because we needed an urgent fill (they were supposed to fill and ship on Tuesday, when we didn't have it by Saturday, we reached out).
