I went to Dr Bell because a friend recommended him. Big mistake. At my August appointment, I showed him my foot which I thought only had a ganglion cyst but, after looking at it and feeling around the foot, he thought there might also be arthritis. With this, he recommended an MRI on my foot. With my prescription in hand, I went home and scheduled the MRI for September. Two days prior to the MRI, I get a call to say that the insurance denied my claim due to lack of information. I called the doctors office to inform them of this and ask that they either amend the prescription or rewrite a more detailed one. The lady on the phone told me they can't do that and I would need to see the doctor again before anything else can be done. I showed up for the second appointment, which took maybe 15 mi
