Dance Medicine Physical Therapy

Christine does a phenomenal job in educating the dancers she works with. Through my own experience, she has been able to help me understand information about my body as a dancer by using anatomy and informing me about the different ranges of motion. The exercises she uses are so unique and specifically target certain muscle groups that are crucial for a dancers body. I have found myself to become stronger and more aware of what to use when I dance by what Christine has shown me. It is clear to see that she is not only good at what she does, but loves it as well.

Christine has made such a difference in the lives of my kids! My son has severe flat feet and over pronates to the point it affects him playing sports. Christine knew right away what he needed to work on and strengthen to correct his issue. My daughter is a dancer and was having some knee issues. Again, Christine could pinpoint right away the muscles she needed to work on to correct her issue. Not only has she helped her physically but personally as well. She truly cares for her patients and their all around well being. I would give her 10 stars if I could and HIGHLY recommend her!!

Mrs Christine is absolutely amazing. She helped guide me through the process of making sure my daughter received the right attention when she was injured. She got to work right away as soon as we were cleared for physical therapy. Mrs Christine is very knowledgeable, very welcoming and so wonderful to work with. My daughter enjoyed her sessions and continues to use the techniques she learned during her sessions.
