Arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. The receptionist told me vision wasn’t covered with insurance. I went to the car for less than five minutes to confirm. I went back in, we confirmed it together, and I was unable to be seen (it was maybe 10 minutes after the original scheduled time). The establishment was nice with many options of glasses to choose from.

I don't normally go public and give recommendations, but Doctor Harbi deserves to be recognized for her professional acumen. Firstly, she took brief time to understand my unique health issues, She Listens to the Patient! ... Secondly, Doctor Harbi did numberous comprehensive tests to assess my condition. No other provider tried to objectively test my impaired vision as much as she did. ... Thirdly, she provided open honest feedback and further educated me to my vision issues. OTHER eye care specialists did NOT, located in Northern Virginia, NOT bother to go beyond the normal routine exam to educate me. Doctor Harbi is a true asset to the eye-care profession!
