Daly Pharmacy

Being told to get my son's post op prescriptions here was a curse. Twice during my son's procedure, after traversing through buildings to get there, I was told that his prescriptions weren't sent (they were). Then after returning and complaining, surgery called & had to have the pharmacy check their system again bc they could see the prescription orders. So, I still had to go back a third time after they confirmed that it was ready & I had to leave my just-operated-on son in the car to get prescriptions I should have already had when he woke up. That was a ridiculous and completely unnecessary experience, especially given the stress of my child being in for surgery. So help me GOD, if I ever feel forced to go there again, it's going to be a problem. For them. That pharmacy should not have

My son has undergone three surgeries at different times, and each time we've needed to get his medications from here. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The medications are so poorly flavored that even an adult would struggle to take them, let alone a toddler. The horrible taste makes it nearly impossible to get my child to take his medicine. It’s shocking that even something as common as Tylenol isn’t flavored properly. You would think they’d consider this, especially when dealing with young children. Instead, we’re left with unpalatable medicine despite paying a significant amount. This is unacceptable!

Baystate Pharmacy in the Daly building is unlike any other pharmacy I have used. They actually care about their patients. I have had so many pharmacists, techs, and cashiers literally go out of their way to help me whether it be to find a med that might be in shortage or to call my doctor. No matter what I need someone at least tries to help. Customer service is lost nowadays so it is nice to have some place that still has quality care. CVS and Walgreens are really awful since COVID and I am lucky to not have to deal with their apathetic rude service any longer so thank you Baystate Pharmacy.

I never ever have a problem at this pharmacy it's better then my local.
