Matt was knowledgeable about my issues and very accommodating when it came to the corrective action needed and was able to assist me with the proper orthotics, sneakers and clogs. Last year I went to Dales for my first pair of diabetic shoes. I was supposed to get a casting, which never happened. After 3 or 4 pairs to try I was told he didn’t know what to do after this. I settled for another pair which never fit right. This I went to a store from the sole on us1, holly hill and it was night and difference. Custom made the orthodontic inserts, not just off the shelf. Now I have a pair that fits fine. They also said my secondary insurance didn’t cover it, another falsehood. My advice stay clear of Dales. Yes I agree with the owners response to my complaint, so why then you charge Medicare for a few things that were never done. If I had a otc or script that specified, again did you add on?

Dales has always been professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all your foot and shoe needs.

I got me my first diabetic shoes today. I was helped by an awesome shoe person he helped me find a perfect fit. I have been too Dale shoes before they were awesome then and even there still awesome this day. Dan is a great help. The cat was awesome as well. Never got the cats name though. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Very good shoes comfortable to.
