Daffodil Pediatrics, Decatur Clinic

I been going here for six years. I don’t know why I keep returning. I wish life cycle obgyn and pediatrics still was here way better than daffodil. They are training one person at a time with a lobby full of people. I had an emergency for my child that wasn’t deadly so I brought her here but honestly I would just suggest a high ambulance bill and a hospital visit over waiting on them consistently. Thanks for leaving the QR code people need to know what they are walking into.

Best office I’ve been in so far. Very quick visit without feeling rushed. All the staff get 10s Across the bored. Karin at the front was very nice and helpful.

Everytime you come here you have to verify who the primary doctor is which is ok for whatever purpose it serves but the parents/caretakers do not know we have to get confirmation numbers or whatever else is needed that can potential slow up the process when coming to an appt. So for this in the 2yrs I have been a patient here I am still dealing with this hold up! And the 1 star is why I feel this place deserves it. Across the the board and we have been to multiple locations.

Staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate. 3rd time bringing my son here. The area is a bit run down and originally the reviews were bad but I kept my son here because Dr Sanders was great! My son is a 25 week preemie so I stay on top of his appts. I come here for my appt I was scheduled at 2pm. I get here at 2:08, wait for four minutes in like while they helped someone else. They asked if I did a provider change? I said no why would I. and they said Dr Sanders doesn’t work here anymore and said “no one called you yesterday?” Mind you it’s 2:13 at this point. They told me to call my insurance and change the provider by 215 if i want to be seen. I called right then and there, told my insurance what they said and even he said that’s ridiculous.
