D & R Dentistry

This place is a scam!!! I never write bad reviews, but I do value my time and money, and these people don’t care about either. I definitely should’ve read the reviews before going to this place. I went for a periodontal evaluation, X-rays and regular cleaning. The tech did the X-rays and then Dr. Ramon Rodriguez came into the room sweet talking me and asking a bunch of personal questions. He did a very quick evaluation suggesting a deep cleaning and a possible root canal. I told him that I came to a regular cleaning, but he insisted that I needed a deep cleaning. They ran the insurance and told me that I had to pay $340 out of pocket. I said I just needed a regular preventive cleaning and they refused to do it. Horrible experience and service. Since the first second I spoke to the doctor, I felt his only priority was money. Because all I needed was a cleaning, and my insurance wouldn’t pay them enough, I was pushed to do a more invasive cleaning, so that I could pay out of pocket. The focus was completely on upselling treatments and getting me to agree to additional costs. I understand dental offices are a business, but patient care and trust should come first. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.

Even though Lorena looks new to the clinic, you would never know it—she’s already doing an amazing job! From the first time we walked in, she greeted us with such kindness and professionalism. My son is the patient, and she’s been incredibly helpful in making the whole experience smooth and stress-free for both of us. She’s quick to respond to questions, very organized with appointments, and always has a positive, welcoming attitude. It’s clear she cares about the patients and their families. We really appreciate her support and are so glad she’s part of the team!

Dentist and staff show concern and addressed any issues. They understand and they go on and beyond to ensure you get the proper treatment. They are very professional and their work environment is super clean. I have gone to other dentist but none can be compared with D&R Dentistry. Thank you all for the great service.
