Stay away!!!!! The arrogance and lack of of clients is what I first noticed walking into this dental office. I had a crown come off...the dentist told me they had to pull two teeth out and put in screws. I did not believe her for one minute. Went to another dentist. He told me I needed a stonger point for my crown to hold on to. Had it done at that dentist office...end of story.

Great experience, great doctor, great team! All the ladies are awesome! I hope they don't become too busy because of too many good reviews, but they do deserve them. They always seemed to make time for me when I had some emergencies come up. I highly recommend this team of capable ladies.

Only a 1 start because the staff is fairly friendly at first. If i could i would leave no start. I brought my dad here to have work done because he was in a lot of pain. They told us he needed teeth some extractions, root canal and a deep clean. The Doctor said he could do it. Then someone else would came and say no he needs an oral surgeon. We agreed and went to the surgeon they referredus to (which the staff and surgeonthere were extremely rude). They sent over the wrong referral on what teeth had to be pulled. ( which they faxed over!) And told the surgeon to remove a tooth that was not supposed to be taken out. Then they call us to come in right away to get a root canal that me dad needed. When we arrived the Dr. Saw the tooth was already gone. When I asked why they sent over the fax t

Excellent,thoughtfully and friendly Staff. The dentist was top notch and had a great bedside manner. Really nice guy and taken a little back from meeting him. He went above and beyond. Answering everything I could throw at him. They made me feel welcomed and the consultation went very well.

I love the Cypress Plaza Dental Group. My experience has always been very postive at every single appointment. Dr. G gives a personal touch in the care of her patients. She is honest and straightforward in assessing the best treatment plan to fit their particular needs. Everyone from the other dentists, staff, to the specialists are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They work as a team and feel like one big happy family. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to feel special.
