Clineva Urgent Care | Cypress

I am very impressed by this urgent care. Rather than dealing with a three hour wait at an emergency facility, I went to Clineva and they got me in right away, and were so kind, and listened to my concern…you don’t get a lot of that these days at medical facilities. I wish I could make them my primary doctor. I highly recommend them.

I went in to have my ears checked and couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. Darlene was great at the desk and Dustin and Andrew were both fantastic. It’s so nice to go somewhere where everyone is so nice and caring and wants to do the best for you. I am so glad I found this urgent care so close to my house so I know I have someplace good to go if needed. I highly highly recommend this urgent care and the staff.

I went in for a stomach virus and was feeling absolutely awful. The team at the front desk was so warm and welcoming to me and helped me with all my paperwork. The Dr I saw was very kind and knew exactly how to help and was very thorough. Thank you so much for helping me in my time of need, I will definitely be back.

I have been here twice since it became another urgent care and they were amazing! They are fast and efficient! We were checked in, they took us right back, the provider went in promptly after taking our vitals, they sent the prescription directly to the pharmacy and it was ready to pick up right when I got there and all within a matter of 1 hour! I don't know about anyone else's experience elsewhere but this will be my go to place for urgent care needs for sure!

Was seen with 10min of arrival, front desk was very nice, quick, check me in. The gentleman who took me back was nice, professional, took my vitals and asked all relevant questions. I waited another 10min then PA Arturo came to see me, diagnosised me, said he'd send antibiotics to my local pharmacy and sent me in my way. I'd definitely go here again!
