Wonderful!! I was nervous from previous dentist and I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in!! My hygienist was gentle, walked me through the entire process and it was painless!! My dentist was AMAZING!!! She took extra time to take care of my concerns, pleasant, explained everything to me in detail and I was comfortable throughout the procedures. The dental assistant was also gentle , kind and talked to me and kept me comfortable!! So glad I chose Cypress Family Dental!

The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. I never feel rushed or ignored. Everyone answers my questions and gives me peace of mind. I will continue going to this office for all my dental needs!

I'm so grateful for the dentist at Cypress Family Dental. She was the only one who didn't have dollar signs in her eyes - she genuinely cared and treated me like a person, not a paycheck. She took her time with my root canal, never rushed, and even took pictures during the process to make sure everything was done right. You can tell she puts her heart into her work. Her prices are fair, and both she and her staff were very kind and respectful.There was no "mean girl" energy - the vibe was genuinely good. It's rare to find such honesty and compassion these days. Truly thankful I found this place.

Everyone there was so professional. My dentist was so caring and she really explained and took great care of me. Melissa is very gentle she's really great and knowledgeable.

Do NOT take your children here! My daughter had a tooth extracted and she told the dentist that her tooth wasn’t numb. He numb it again however it was NOT numb! We both told him to stop and he wouldn’t- he proceed to remove and twist the tooth as she screamed stop! After he twisted it out and then she vomited and her nose gushed out blood! I will be reporting this to dental board for a full investigation as this unnecessary infliction of pain on a child!
