This place is great! After having bad experiences at Ideal Dental I decided to give this place a try. I called and spoke to the receptionist and explained my issues and concerns. I agreed to a Noon appointment. When I arrived the lady at the desk was very professional , and let me know she explained my situation to the Dr. I was taken to the back to do my X-rays and oral check up, and that is were I met Dr. Elshewehy. My gums were still sore as I just left Ideal Dental , where they shot my gums all up with lots of novacaine. She could see the trauma and stress i had, and explained it would be best to rest and try another day. I agreed and set another appointment. The next day while I was at work Dr. E had the receptionist call to check and see how I was doing. That meant a lot to me. Today

I love this office!! The Staff are amazing, and they are super nice, professional and friendly. Dr. Kopa is simply the BEST. I appreciate his sense of humor and chair-side manner. He has helped me achieve my dental needs without having to donate a kidney. I will absolutely return to this awesome dental office. Thank you Team. 🤓

It was my first visit today. Totally disappointed with the service. I went for my annual visit and cleaning and they gave me long list of treatments. I have basic cleaning covered in my insurance. They just floss my teeth and brush my teeth called it polishing . They didn't did cleaning . So disappointed. Will never visit or recommend this with family or friends.

I had a very uncomfortable experience here last time I went. While the dentists themselves were polite and raised no concerns, my visit with the hygienist felt very judgmental and fear-based. I was repeatedly told that I was “very close” to being diagnosed with gum disease and that it would “follow me for the rest of my life,” even though I was not actually diagnosed by a dentist. It felt like a threat rather than education, and it left me feeling anxious and ashamed. I had only recently started going to the dentist again, so I understand I need improvement. But i don't need to be threatened. The hygienist then recommended all these extra cleaning procedures, and it had gotten rather expensive. I had a wonderful experience here! Jasmine and Erika at the front desk were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Dr. Zhu, the oral surgeon, was very professional and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Kopa, the dentist, was also excellent, gentle, thorough, and caring throughout my visit.
